Refund policy

 

At L’ORA Beauty LLC, we take great care in preparing and packaging each order. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested items.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

To start a return, please contact us at hello@loraparfum.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@loraparfum.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fragrance products
  • Products with broken seals or removed packaging
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Sample items, if applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

L’ORA Beauty LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with lost or stolen packages.
