Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During product launches, promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and available delivery options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location, selected shipping method, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
L’ORA Beauty LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@loraparfum.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, L’ORA Beauty LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. You may also contact us at hello@loraparfum.com, and we will do our best to support you with available tracking information.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@loraparfum.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund may be issued.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations for fragrance products, certain items may be subject to carrier restrictions. Some fragrance products may be limited to ground shipping only.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods as necessary to comply with applicable carrier rules, safety regulations, or shipping restrictions.
International Shipping
At this time, we may not offer international shipping unless available at checkout.
If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.
L’ORA Beauty LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping requirements.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
